Air Travel

We recommend you make your travel plans including ground transportation from whichever airport you fly into to Hyatt Hotel & Spa in Newport as soon as possible.

In air travel we highly recommend you fly into T. F. Green Airport which has flights to / from many US cities, and also either arrange with Orange Cab for ground transportation to the Hyatt Hotel & Spa in Newport, arrange to share a cab with others, or rent a car.

T. F. Green Airport (Approximately 28 miles) - Warwick, Rhode Island

Individual Cabs from TF Green airport will cost around $70 depending on traffic. Thus we recommend you arrange to share a cab with those coming from your site, or friends attending the meeting from elsewhere. Alternatively we suggest using the Orange Cab shuttle service listed below which should cost around $25. One can also rent cars at T. F. Green.

Logan Airport (Approximately 74 miles) - Boston, Massachusetts

From Logan airport we recommend renting a car and following the "Car Travel" directions below.

Alternatively we have arranged for Worcester Airport Limousine (WLimo) to provide shuttle service throughout the day from Logan airport in Boston to the Hyatt Hotel & Spa in Newport on Sunday May 31, and return service to Logan Airport from the Hyatt on Thursday June 4 and Friday June 5. The price for the service depends on the number of people riding in the van. The vehicle holds up to 10 passengers with luggage.  The cost of the trip between Logan Airport in Boston and the Hyatt Hotel & Spa in Newport is $196.00.  This rate would be divided by the number of passengers grouped in the vehicle.  Private Lincoln Town car service is also available directly through WLimo.  Thus please send your name, names of others in your party, and air travel schedule to fully3D@gmail.com as soon as available, but no later than May 17, 2015. We will group people according to their Boston flight arrival / departure time to minimize the waiting period and cost of the service on May 18, and send this information to WLimo. Once we have provided the information to WLimo they will contact you by e-mail on or before May 21, 2015 with your price, pickup time, and pickup location at Logan. Once WLimo has contacted you please keep all further correspondence with them, as they are the ones providing the service.

Logan does also have an infrequent (2-times daily) bus service via Peter Pan which will cost around $25 each way but you may be required to wait a significant amount of time.
