Food
Breakfast, lunch and dinner from June 1st-4th is provided for registered attendees as part of the registration fee. Please let us know of any special food requirements as early as possible. A special dinner - a New England Style Clam Bake - will be provided on Wednesday, June 3rd.
Food for guests, including the clam bake, is not included in registration cost of the attendees and is available for an additional fee. Lodging
The meeting will be held at the Hyatt Regency Newport Hotel and Spa on Goat Island, Newport, Rhode Island, USA, from May 31 to June 4, 2015. A number of options are available including single and double occupancy. Please note that those choosing to stay off-site that you will need to pay for on-site parking if you choose to park at the hotel, which is $10 for 10 hours (parking validated with $20 purchase). For attendees who choose to lodge at the hotel, self-parking is included in the resort fee and valet is an additional $5.
Please make reservations as early as possible to guarantee availability of a room at the discounted rate. To obtain the discounted rate reservations must be made no later than Thursday –April 30, 2015. After that date unreserved rooms will be released from the reserved block.

Rooms have either 2 double size beds or 1 king size bed. For both room types, the discounted rates available to attendees are based on occupancy; single and double occupancy is $189, triple occupancy is $214, and quadruple occupancy is $239. There is an additional $15 per night resort fee per room. For the discounted rate please use the link or phone number below to make reservations. Reservations made directly through the hotel will not be eligible for the discounted rate.
For those who wish to arrive early there are a few room available in the room block for the night of Saturday May 30. Similarly for those who wish to stay late there are rooms available in the block for the night of Friday June 5.
