Conference Registration
Fully 3D is traditionally a smaller meeting with attendance limited to foster an informal workshop atmosphere, so make sure to register early to guarantee your participation. Please note also that registration rates increase substantially on April 2nd.
Please follow the link above to register for the meeting. All attendees must be registered as either a regular or student* participant (students must send a letter to fully3D@gmail.com from an academic advisor or university official on university letterhead indicating that they are currently an enrolled student).
We will have the full program on line once ready, in the meantime when planning your trip please note that the conference begins with opening remarks and a plenary talk at 8 am Monday June 1st, and the last technical session will end in the late afternoon of Thursday 4th. The standard accommodation packages assume attendees will arrive Sunday May 31st and leave on Friday June 5th.

Registration rate includes a flash-drive copy of the proceedings, a conference shirt, and meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner June 1-4th).
Accompanying guests do not need to register for the meeting, but registrants will need to purchase additional tickets for any guests wishing to join the clambake dinner and/or other dinners. Student Travel Awards
A limited number of student travel awards will be made at the conference based on the funding support we receive from our sponsors. If you wish to be considered please include in the letter sent to fully3D@gmail.com from an academic advisor or university official on university letterhead indicating you are currently an enrolled student that you also wish to apply for a travel award. Decisions on travel awards will be made by the conference organizers at the meeting and will take into consideration authorship position (first, second, etc. author) and reviews of your paper. Additionally an attempt will be made to distribute the awards equitably among institutions. In addition to the payment of a portion of the lodging cost at the Hyatt Regency Newport Hotel & Spa all students receiving travel awards will be acknowledged at the meeting.
