Student Travel Awards
Student travel awards will consist of direct payment by the meeting for a portion of the housing costs of students lodging at the Hyatt Regency Newport Hotel & Spa. The number and amount of the awards will be decided at the meeting by the organizers based on the funding support received by our sponsors. Decisions on travel awards will take into consideration authorship position (first, second, etc. author) and reviews of your paper. Additionally an attempt will be made to distribute the awards equitably among institutions.
If you wish to be considered please have a letter sent to fully3D@gmail.com from an academic advisor or university official on university letterhead indicating you are currently an enrolled student also include that you wish to apply for a travel award.
