In the Fully3D’17 conference, we plan to organize a workshop dedicated to various issues on image quality assessment (IQA) with an emphasis on medical X-ray CT images. The workshop is a part of Fully3D’17, and all the presented papers will be included in the Fully3D’17 Proceedings. Due to the fundamental importance of IQA, we will invite a number of leading IQA experts to deliver keynote and invited speeches on various aspects of this theme.
