The 18th International Meeting on Fully Three-Dimensional Image Reconstruction in Radiology
and Nuclear Medicine (Fully3D 2025 for short) will be held at Shanghai Jiao Tong University,
Shanghai, China, from May 27 to May 30, 2025. Shanghai Jiao Tong University, one of China's
top three science and engineering universities, has the first-ranking medical school in China,
which pioneers Biomedical Engineering education and excels in radiological imaging and
applications.

Fully3D has been held biennially, establishing itself as a premier conference dedicated to the
latest advances in biomedical multi-dimensional image reconstruction algorithms and
computational methods. A volunteer-maintained website, which showcases the rich history of
this conference, can be accessed at https://www.fully3d.org/index.html.

The Fully3D 2025 Organizing Committee aims to foster an open, inclusive environment that
attracts established experts and enthusiastic students in image reconstruction. Our goals include
enhancing international peer exchanges, proposing innovative concepts, and disseminating
advanced information in medical imaging. We also welcome participation from medical imaging
equipment vendors worldwide.
Authors are invited to submit papers describing their original, unpublished work on one of the
topics, including but not limited to:

• PET & PET/CT Reconstruction
• SPECT & SPECT/CT Reconstruction
• X-ray CT Reconstruction
• Small-animal Imaging
• Image Evaluation & Quality Assessment
• Image Reconstruction Based on Novel Detections
