The Chinese Spring Festival is the most important festival for the Chinese people and is when all family members get together, just like Christmas in the West. 2017 Chinese New Year will fall on January 28 (Friday), and the festival will last to February 11th, about 15 days in total. It is the Year of the Rooster according to Chinese zodiac.
