Conference Registration, Food and Lodgings
Fully 3D is traditionally a smaller meeting with attendance limited to foster an informal workshop atmosphere. For this and other practical reasons, registration will be limited to at most 200 attendees. Make sure to register early to guarantee your participation. Please note also that registration rates increase substantially after April 15th.
Please follow the link below to register separately for the meeting and for food and lodgings at Granlibakken. All attendees must be registered as either a regular or student participant (students must send a letter to fully3D@gmail.com from an academic advisor or university official on university letterhead indicating he/she is currently an enrolled student).
We will have the full program on line shortly, in the meantime when planning your trip please note that the conference begins with a reception at 6:00pm on Sunday June 16th, and the last technical session will end in the late afternoon of Thursday 20th. The standard accommodation packages assume attendees will arrive Sunday June 16th and leave on Friday June 21st.

Registration rate includes a flash-drive copy of the proceedings and attendance at all technical sessions and the conference dinner and cruise on Lake Tahoe.
Accompanying guests do not need to register for the meeting, but registrants will need to purchase additional tickets ($95 each) for any guests wishing to join the Lake Tahoe dinner/cruise. This can be done as part of the registration process.
Please note the firm deadline for early registration.
Food and Lodging
The meeting will be held at the Granlibakken lodge at Lake Tahoe with whom we have negotiated a complete package of food and lodging. A number of options are available including single and double occupancy and plans for accompanying persons. Please note that those choosing to stay off-site still need to register for the “off ground” option at $120 per day.
There are also a limited number of student rooms available on a first come first served basis. These are basic rooms with bunk beds and shared bathrooms and quite different from the standard and deluxe rooms offered, but at a considerably lower cost.
Student Travel Awards
A limited number of student travel awards will be made at the conference. If you wish to be considered please indicate this when registering for the meeting and provide the information requested. Decisions on travel awards will be made by the conference organizers and will take into consideration the reviews of your paper with an attempt to distribute the awards equitably among institutions.
