There is a time slot of 30 minutes for each presentation with 20 to 25 minutes for the talk followed by questions and discussion. Please prepare your slides using Power Point (*.ppt). We will have a Power Point 2003 available at the conference. For pdf-files an Acrobat Reader Version 8.1 is also available. The presentation must be handed in at the registration desk at least half an hour before the session with the talk starts. If you cannot provide a ppt-file or if you do need special software for your presentation it is also possible to use your own laptop.
The posters will be posted from Monday to Thursday in a special poster session room. Please prepare your posters with a height of not more than 140 cm and a width of not more than 100 cm and take it with you to the conference. In the beginning of each poster session there will be a poster fast forward. Each poster shall be introduced with a one minute talk using one Power Point slide. This single (!) slide must be sent to posterff@fully3d.org with the first author's name in the subject line by 1 July 2007 . Slides sent in after that date will not be available for the poster fast forward.

It provides sample code for a twocoulumn document. If you get onecoulumn text please update your IEEEtrans.cls (see below). More information on the abstract preparation can be found in the file:
Abstract
preparation information.
This file is also a template for Word users. It is based on the
file TRANS-JOUR.DOC provided by the IEEE. So, if you started writing your abstract with the TRANS-JOUR.DOC it is mandatory to change to the
new file TRANS-JOUR_Fully3d.DOC. Just delete the header line with the page number and the Paper Identification Number.
LaTeX user may have to update their system to get the IEEEtran.cls, Version 1.6c or later (especially if you get onecoulmn text using the
sample file). You find it for example at the
IEEE Site.
